FRACKING

Everywhere on Earth where the unconventional oil and gas industry has managed to get it's bits in the ground. Effects on the, air, water, soil and consequently the local inhabitants, including animals, has been diabolical.

Detrimental health effects:

75% of fracking chemicals could affect skin, eyes, and other sensory organs, and the respiratory and gastrointestinal systems.  the brain/nervous system, immune and cardiovascular systems, and the kidneys; the endocrine system; could cause cancer and mutations.

Many of those with a conflict of interest - Politicians and so called, gas field experts and the executives, wax lyrical about "Gold Standard Regulation" of the industry

BP's Clair oil platform shut down after leak 75km to the west of Shetland BBC 3rd October 2016.

Surely not, after all, we have gold standard regulations don't we?

Even if the Health and Safety Executive had the resources, which it does not, due to budget cuts. How can it regulate what goes on 1 to 2 miles below the surface. The truth is that effectively the industry will be self regulating.
The fox guarding the hen house.
The oil and gas industry say fracking  is  a novel process. This is not true. over the last decade fracking in one form or another has wreaked havoc especially in parts of Australia and America. One piece of advice you will never hear from these frackers is:
"Don't believe us, do your own research"
